Can't figure out how to set DUAL times on the...

Question

What I really want is the LOCAL time on the watch hour and minute hands, and GMT time on the digital........is it possible ?   I assume it is since what I have read is that dual time setting is possible, but I don't want the analog and digital to mimic each other (ie not military time on the digital)Example: 8:00 AM on the analog hands would correspond to 16:00 on the digital.HELP........THANKX !
