serial number is 11470423305. I bougt a new computer and cant find the disc to program the printer to the new computer, so ive been unable to use my printer/copier :( machine type modle is 447-001 Factory ID- B, it has a date behind the serial number that says2004/11. Please help me find the program that I need to download to my new computer so i can use my printer!! thanks soooo much , Sydney Harrison, Let me know if u need any thing else
