  1. If you have a goal  (future career) in mind for your life and want to succeed you'll want to study and fullfill that goal. That's what makes me study.

  2. Begin working. The rest will come.

  3. get away from the computer

  4. study on the comarcials on t.v.

  5. get in a quiet space away from t.v and talking or just start taking a.d.d pills lol

  6. usually i sit in a room where there is a table ,my books and a cup of water nothing else so not to disturb me .u should try it!!

  7. Designate an area for studying...No TV, No music (unless it helps){try no words in music})

Get water, Get a healthy snakc before that way you don't have to get up during your session...And have a timer and have a certain amount of time for each subject

  8. you could probably buy adderal from one of your peers. haha or make sure you do your work somehwre where you don't usually goof off. like not in your bedroom. you need a good place to study. also make sure there's nothing on your mind.

also, reward yourself when you're done :)

  9. Focus or just rest...

Or you can do something you like for a bout 15min that will help get you relaxed.

  10. Listening to Classical music calms you and helps your brain to focus.  Make some hot herbal tea, and play some Vavaldi "Four Seasons".  You will be focused, calm, and relaxed but not sleepy.

  11. I use pzizz to help me relax.  It's software for your computer that generates a new soundtrack each time you use it.  Currently they have a program for nighttime sleep and a program for daytime sleep, designed for quick naps to help clear your head.  They're also working on modules for creativity and meditation.  The software is available online at http://pzizz.com/.

Here are some other things that have worked for me in the past:

    - Find a secluded place where you won't be distracted... or tempted!!!  Some examples are the library, park, book store, or coffee shops (if they're quiet enough).

    - Follow a routine -- i.e., a scheduled time of the day in the same location

    - Take a break and reward yourself for meeting your goals (such as calling a friend, a food treat, a walk).  Give yourself a bigger reward for more difficult papers & projects.

    - Switch to a different subject for awhile.

    - Make note of when your energy is highest & lowest, and study at the optimal time.

    - Going for a walk or run can help clear your head.

    - Before you begin studying, take a few minutes to summarize a few objectives, gather what you will need, and think of a general strategy for your study session.

    - Try to avoid caffeine and sugar.

    - Think of some alternate ways to study -- flash cards, taking notes, study group.  Depending on the subject, you can often find great resources online, as well as computer programs.

    - Make up quizzes for yourself to test what you've learned.

    - Ask your teacher for help/advice.

  12. It helps me when i listen to music. and don't study by a computer or something that can distract you.
