Cant get all the channels

Question

i have a sharp tv-vcr combination vhs hq model no.25vt-g60 it is a1996 moddel serial no.355649. i have lost the remote and have a tvtech universal remote. i canot get all the channels to program. i canot get in the menu to do anything. i only get 32 channels and there not even order with cable service i have.
