I have a Linksys wireless router and I am not able to connect to the internet using my Gateway Laptop. I spoke with Gateway tech support and they told me to contact BestBuy since that is where I purchased my computer. I also have an extended warranty plan. I have been able to connect with no problems since we have had DSL service and then a couple of days ago I couldn't connect to the internet using any of my computers....I called our internet service provider, Windstream, they told me to call Linksys...I did that....It worked fine until yesterday....I have an HP Pavilion Desktop and an HP Pavilion Laptop that I purchased at Bestbuy and I can connect to the internet on both of them....When I talked with Linksys they said I probably needed to download something from Gateway ... an adapter or something...I'm not sure...but I really could use a smart little technician right about now....Please help me if you can...
