Can't get feeder to work

Question

I just acquired this copier and I cannot get the thing to feed so it can copy.I have already tried to follow instructions from within the copier itself...(You know how a certain light goes on, and then it tells you what steps to take), Well that didn't work either. And I cannot find setup nor operating instructions anywhere
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
