Can't get the watch to synchronize

Question

My T-Touch will not synchronize. I have followed what I believe to be the steps in the manual. However I must admit that the manual directions leave much to be desired. The pictures just aren't doing it for me. I have placed the watch in it's correct mode, then put the hands at 12 then held down the central button for 5, no synchro. Can't get it to work. Just need step by step text to describe proceedure.Thanks
