Cant get to sleep at night whats wrong with me? ?

I try to get to sleep at night but i just cant and its not my matress that bothers me. I cant get to sleep until like 5 oclock in the morning and im really bothered about it because i get up at 1 in the afternoon and i dont like getting up at that time and i start school again next week and i cant go to sleep at that time coz i hav to get up at 8 in the morning what should i do?

    With Melatonin I Get All The Sleep I Need


  2. there may be a chance that you have allergies from the pollen and that can be fixed w/ allergy meds. Otherwise you probably  just have an excited attitude toward school coming up w/ out even realizing it.

  3. sounds like insomnia. you should talk to a doctor about your problem.  maybe they can recommend you something like medication that will help. but if you don't want to take medication, you can always try staying awake for the entire day and crashing at night.

  4. Try yoga,  breath slowly, try to forget everything you know, concentrate only on inhaling then exhaling, exhale for twice as long as you inhale, fill your room with fresh lavender, and drink chamomile or soothing mint tea before bed. There is nothing wrong with you you are probably just stressed out.
