Can't get tv tuner to work

Question

I have a HP pavilion zd7000a and I decided to hook up the tv tuner in my office. I keep getting the same error message when I hit tv on the remote ''divers incompatible with media center'' HP repaired my computer a year ago and put in a ATI card and this is the first time I have used this devise. I have downloaded every driver HP has sent to me and none will work. I am using xp media center have re-installed the software and still can't get it to work. As you can image HP in India can only do so much.Thanks Barbara
