Cant hear no sound when using my computer?

Everytime I turn my computer on the sound shuts off.... Can't hear nothing..... Thank u 4 ur help

does anything comes like that: "generic process for win32 services has stopped or failed then you should go to add hardware from control panel then search for your hardware name and install it.

and please try to provide little more details. please

provide more details like sound comes first then disables? check mute first! then try uninstalling and reinstalling ur sound driver.
