Cant hear sound from headphones and microphone is... i have installed conexant smart audio driver

Question

i have installed conexant smart audio driver for my compaq C795TU notebook. but i cant hear sound from headphones and microphone is not working. my os is winXP(sp2).

that need to be installed before installing the audio driver:
