Cant install UAA HDA driver

Question

I setup my pc with a SP3 cd and now cant install the UAA bus driver forHDA . I tried to install it with the motherboard cd but it says that THE VERSION IS UPDATED THAN THE PACKAGE and THERE IS NO NEED TO INSTALL THIS UPDATE.I cant hear any sounds.My PC is new.So every hardware is ok.I need help. Plz send me all possible ways with details.Plz help meAs soon as possible .
