Cant install microsoft.net framework 3.0 any ideas?

i want to install song vagas video editor but need to install microsoft.net framework 3.0 but everytine i try it i get an error anyone got any clue what to do thanks

The only installation error I know of with .net framework, is when you try to install it to an illegal copy of Windows.

Please. I'm not saying this is the case with you. It's just a remark. Other than that, it will help if you can let us know what exact error you are getting when trying to install.
