I just bought a new hard drive for my laptop, A samsung HM121HI. When installing xp - sp2 it says it does not detect a hard drive. Vista installs but will not fully start, I just get the loading bar. For something to do I tried to install windows me then upgrade. Windows me installed with no trouble, I upgraded to xp and I got th blue screen. Any help would be great
