Can't log into my account

Question

i've tried everything! i've used correct spellings and also had password e-mailed to me. nothing is working. however i can still log onto my account by myspace mobile, but not by computer. my sister and brother have no problem, but my cousin could'nt log in for a day. it's now been 3 days since i can log on from a desk top computer! please help!
