Cant log onto mypace

Question

how is it possible that i can't log onto myspace from the laptop in my apatment but my friend can login with no problem from the same computer? i can log on from another computer with no problem at all. how can i fix this? i deleted cookies and all saved passwords and that didnt do anything.
