I recently moved house & changed broadband companies, switching to o2. When i updated my new e-mail address on facebook i saved it as zero instead of the letter O on the o2 bit, i have sent lots of messages to the facebook support but have only recived an automated responce & nothing since...so i havent been able to login for a while now & am finding this very frustrating, even if i had heard something & told it would take a while would have been understandable but to hear nothing is not very good, especially for such a big networking site!! my problem is hardly a hard technical one, i just need my email re-set
If anyone can help me with this i would be most gratefull
