Cant loosen stop motion k**b to rewind bobbin

Question

any suggestions how to loosen the k**b to wind bobbinI can't loosen the stop motion k**b on my Necchi sewing machine model 3354.  I don't want the needle to go up and down while I'm threading a bobbin.
