Cant open Photoshop, Notepad, WM Player & Winamp?

Question

Please help Notepad, Windows Media Player, Winamp, Photoshop wont open when i click on them, is there anything i need to update to open up these programs, a few weeks ago all of them stopped working for some reason

My computer is: Window Microsoft XP, Media Center Edition 2002, Service Pack 2

Also WM Player, Winamp, and Photoshop are all updated, and i just tryed uninstalling all of them and reinstalling but that didn't work

you could try reinstalling windows

sounds strange really, but I suggest you to perform full system cleaning. try kaspersky and bitdefender antivirus. if this fail, reformat your your PC and reinstall all those said programs.
