RCR 4358 Have tried all the manul help of pushing ON/OFF min. of 300x-no help. Have tried following directions using play button instead. Still can't get it to respond. I don't know what to do as I just got the new COMCAST box called cisco. No codes are offered. No brand search, no manual search, no codes available. Do you by chance have the code or a suggestion. I hate to take the box back to Comcast, but it looks as though this is what I will have to do, if you can't help me.
AGAIN, I have tried all the solutiions with the remote as well as anything I could find online the past 2 days including this website. NOTHING has worked. Eventually, after a few hundred x, the remote just goes dark even with brand new batteries. Of course I have been trying several times x several hundred times 2 days. LOL
