Cant remember name of film?

Question

a few years ago, i watched an animated film, maybe a short film. i think it was silent, i forget. the animation was really good. i forget the title of the film, but i remember the plot. there was an old woman training a young man, maybe her grandson, for the tour de france(or maybe another bike race). i think they were in europe. then the man was kidnapped. and the old lady went to go find him, and met 3 tall, odd ladies who cooked her frogs. they eventually find the man(who bikes). so anyone know the title of the animated maybe silent/short film?

I have seen it and LilyRT is correct, it is the Triplets of Belleville. Great film!

I haven't seen it myself, but I'm pretty sure it's The Triplets of Belleville (Les Triplettes de Belleville).
