Cant send pic messages?

got a friends old mobile when he got an upgrade got it unlocked from vodaphone put my o2 sim in but cant send pics any ideas

it sounds as if you need 02 mms settings. you will get them on the 02 website.

You could try phoning o2 customer services and explain. I did that with Virgin and all it took was for them to send me a text message enabling picture messaging.
