Can't sent picture messages

I am not able to sent any picture messages in text format from my 3110classic model. although my line is GPRS activated.I am suffering from the same problem, simple picture message
showninmycell nokia 3110 C, when sent by others, but I cant
forwardit......plshelp me ...
