Question:

Can't set time on a 2 button armitron watch

My Armitron all-sport watch has only 2 buttons. one on the left says "set" one on the right says "mode"...No matter what I do it will not set the time.
it just goes through the time.. date...seconds... and that's it..
help i need to set the time....
