Can't set up with cell phone

Hi:I have a the Caron BT-1800 Speaker Phone. I don't have the instructions. I can't get it to link with my cell phone, which has bluetooth. I have a Motorola 195. I linked up my Jabra bluetooth with no problem, but I can't get the Caron to work.Thank you!
