Cant sleep, everything i think of my brain says.?

Can't sleep racing thoughts.. music PLEASE HELP

  2. lack of sleep is usually caused by a combination of the following two things:

    1. Not being tired enough/not doing a hard days work

    2. Havin an unclear conscience

    find the cause of any social issues you may be haing, sort em out nd hopefully tht should be fine

    or go for a jog in the cool crisp air - depending on where you live though

    you wouldnt want to get bailed up by muggers or something like tht

    might be where youre sleeping/your bed/pillow - try different things

  3. It's terrible not to be able to calm down and sleep.  There are a few simple things you can try like having a regular bedtime and wake time, cutting back on caffeine, getting plenty of fresh air and exercise.

    But sometimes those things don't work.  Are you feeling anxious?  Racing thoughts can be a sign of anxiety.  Is there something specific that you're worried about or are you just worried in general.

    Try and take a moment to decide what things are really worth worrying about and what things are just a bit silly.

    If you continue to have uncontrollable thoughts- it might be a good idea to talk to your doctor.  Without sleep it'll probably get worse and you might end up feeling grumpy and irritable-and are more likely to get physically ill as well.
