Cant sleep after ejaculation?

Question

After I ejaculate....i cant fall asleep. I usually do it while I'm in bed, but i cant sleep for hours. is this normal or is there a problem. by the way I'm 16.

Its completely normal, jacking in bed will keep you awake as you are excited and the hormones that are racing around your body will prevent you from falling asleep. I used to jack off twice a day once at night and once in the morning, but i also found it kept me awake. Try an alternate time like a couple of hours before you go to bed, that's what ive done and as soon as i get into bed now, I'm gone. Your not abnormal it just the way the body works.

To the idiot a few comments above me that said to much wanking causes blindness... GET REAL! Maybe you should start wanking your tool and wake up.

No dude i think that its normal. I too cant sleep after i Jack_Off. Don't know why. But Tonight i found out that i don't feel kind of not that bad, if i go pee and drink some cold water, get a second of fresh air, well i think that should help you sleep better. have FUn.

You're 16, so it's most likely hormones keeping you up.  I never heard of anything like that being a problem though.  If it's keeping you up, just make sure that you m********e some other time, other than in bed.
