Cant sleep at night?

hi guys i cant sleep at night now, even when i only slept from 9am to 2pm today i felt tired at first but later when it reach night i do not feel tired anymore any idea what is happening in my body?

  1. Are you anxious or stressed about something?  If not, you could have some time of insomnia.  Try some OT sleeping medication, if you don't want to go that route, contact your doctor.


  2. Try to cut the smoking b4 sleeping...most likely not helping at all!

    But sleeping for 5 hours during the day is not helping either!

    You should gradually cut down the amount of hours you sleep during the day...and your body should shift back into a normal sleeping pattern.

    Your body clock has most likely been shifted forward so that you sleep during the day instead of night...so yeah...sleep less during day and it should get back to normal...

    Also....try a hot shower or bath in the evening b4 bed and also a hot drink of milk or chocolate (not tea or coffee)...that ALWAYZ helps me!!

    Only use medication and such as a last resort...and consult the doctor b4 doing so!
