I have a Base Digital MP3 Video Player, Model GK902. I have not had any trouble syncing songs to it off CDs, but I am having trouble syncing songs from my computer that I have downloaded from Big Pond Music. They told me that it may not be Digital Rights Management v10 compatible and to contact the manufacturer or the Microsoft website for updated device driver or firmware. I can't find the manufacturer on the box or in the manual. Can you help?i have a model gk902 base mp3 player, base meaning target, but i cant find the manufacturer's website or contact detail either!
i have the gk702 and i cant even put itunes music on it it is in the folder but not able to listen or watch, can any find the site or tell me i can listen to it on the mac format
