Cant take pics:(

Question

everytime i take a pic an error message pops up that says "communications between the camera and the lens is faulty. and to clean the lens contact. i cleaned the contact and it still doesnt work! also when i switch the button on auto focus it still says MF on the lcd:( please help i paid a lot of money for this camera:(
