Question:

Can't thread bobbin thread

When I'm trying to thread my machine, I can't get the thread to pull the bobbin thread up. When I pulled the bobbin out and watched what the top thread was doing, it would get stuck somewhere in the hooks and not every come out on top. Any solutions?
