Can't transfer data files

Question

Hi,
I'm trying to transfer files from our library (books on CD) and I'm getting the following error message:

error message "Unable to transfer the selected title because Insert 3 returned 0xC00D2772"

I used to be able to do it with no problem.same exact problem when trying to download to my Dreameo Enza. It worked just fine on the old Enza but I broke that one and now have a new one. Been a lot of places looking for authentication certificate with no luck whatsoever.
