Cant upload photos from my mobile to pc Samsung...

I have a samsung SGH-Z140V which came with photo studio software. When I purchased it I had just upgraded my pc from windows XP to Vista and the software isn't compatible. What do I need to do to be able to transfer my photos onto my new computer? Thankyou
