Cant use launchcast radio?

Question

When i try to use launchsast radio i get the following message. The Windows Media Player plugin needs to be installed in order to play Yahoo! LaunchCAST radio.

Please click on the yellow bar above to install the plugin.

the trouble is there is no yellow bar and i have updated wmp has anybody come across this problem that can help me

may be your fire wall blocking it from opening properly, you may get a better answer if you ask this in computers part on yahoo, i think this is more a computer related question then a radio and they know more about it in the computer groups then we do on here,
