Can't use the small CD to lownload.

Question

My husband has contacted you several times and has not received a response. I gave him the Delstar DS31024 as a gift. The small CD will not work in our computer which is a Dell and has all the requirements you list on the back of the packaging. Can you please send us the regular size CD to use in our computer.
