Cant watch dvd?

took my comp to shope to get clean has a burner and all on it now it is saying canot watch dvd need dvd decoder what is that and can I download one without buying one it worked fine before it went to shope please help

  1. If you have the DVD software disc, reinstall the original software. You could all complain that the service you paid for was not satisfactory and that you want, the techs to rectify your PC for free. If needs be you can download a decoder.
