  1. i would have to say acapulco because of the warm beaches and weather and cancun not really because althouygh its very beautiful there is lots of corruption and drug dealing i live in cancun and maybe we will move becuase its so bad and puerto vallarta i guess is good but its all just grass and dirt and some beaches but its super cold in the beaches in pv

  2. ACAPULCO!!! ACAPULCO!!! ACAPULCO!!!!!

  3. I prefer the white sand and Caribbean blue of Cancun. The other two you mentioned are on the Pacific side. However, Cancun is really packed with tourists, so try to go when it's NOT spring break.

  4. Great nightlife and warm climate in Acapulco.  Beautiful bay, lots of fab homes around.   Many celebs.

Several secluded resorts to choose from.  Good food.

    English spoken.

    Deep sea fishing.

    Puerto Vallarta is beautiful too.

Nice hotels on the beach.  Good food.

Pounding waves.  Leave windows open at night.  Wonderful.

    English spoken.

    Deep sea fishing.

Cancun, warm, nightlife, English everywhere, tours to old Mayan ruins.  Short boat trip to outer island.

    (I think it's Isla Muheres)

About 4 hour drive to Merida, capital.  Wonderful restaurants.

Do not drive.  Narrow highway.  I rented a taxi.

    Never looked into fishing.

    An old favorite of mine.

    Cozumel.  South Carribbean.

    Blue water, warm year round.

    Beaches like white powdered sugar.

Fantastic snorkling, or scuba diving if you're into that.  Gorgeous tropical fish and coral.

    Good food.

May be less expensive.  Been a few years since being there.

Not much nightlife back many years,  IDK now.

    English spoken.

Deep sea fishing.  (Expensive to send home mounted)

All the better hotels have purified water.

Other places buy bottled, (but beware of the ice.  lol).

Have a great time.  Don't walk the streets alone late in Mexico.  Kidnapping is prevalent for ransom.

Eat only veggies that are peeled or cooked.

Do not eat the shrimp cocktails on the beach. (Enticing)

    Grilled freshly caught fish, yum.

    Seafood plentiful.

You're permitted to buy any junk from the vendors.  LOL.

  5. Have not been to Acapulco.  More important factor is probably where you stay.  Cancun has amazing all-inclusive facilities that offer privacy and intimacy....I don't remember much about Puerto Vallarta.

  6. for whether acapulco  .. sight seeing  .cancun  .   more relaxing   .. puerto vallarta     out of the 3  I will recomend cancun   mind you acapulco has big time nigth life   and big choices on food. when I said sigth seen I meant the piramids  now  let me tell you all   3   places  are fun to visit  the 3 have  the same  to offer

  7. It really depends on what type of vacation you are looking for.

    1) I enjoyed Cancun, in this case the Mayan ruins, etc.  I am not into nightlife - bars, parties, etc.  There is a lot of that in Cancun, no matter what time of year you go. So if you really like dancing, drinking, etc, go to Cancun.  And the beach is heavenly - white sand and warm clear water.

    2) PV - on the Pacific coast, so the water isn't as clear and the beaches aren't as white.  Lots of shopping to do in PV and there are some really great restaurants to go to.  If you get a chance, be sure to go on the "tequila making tour".  Very interesting and you get to try many different kinds of tequila (tequila cream is wonderful!)  We took our kids to PV, and they had a blast, playing beach volleyball, etc.

That's all the advise I can give on locations, since I have never been to Acapulco.  Extra info:  most resorts have people who speak fluent English, although they do appreciate it if you speak Spanish (which I do).  Try to visit historic places if you can - fascinating history.  We loved visiting Chichenitza near Cancun.
