Cape Breton Nova Scotia?

Hi guys!

This summer a few friends and I will be camping in Cheticamp. I'm looking around for things to do and founds TONS of cool boat tours, horseback riding etc etc

I thought I would ask, Have you gone vacationing there and what did you do? Would you reccomend it or stay away completely? What did you regret not doing?

I went on a road trip to Cape Breton a few years ago.

Absolutely loved it.  One of the most beautiful drives in the world.

Halfway through our trip, our car broke down at a gift shop and we coasted down a hill for about 10 minutes with the engine off.

As luck would have it, there was a garage at the bottom of the hill in the town of Baddeck.  We left the car in the garage and camped in the National park next door.   I feel very fortunate that the car broke down because we had a great time.

I remember a lake around the park that seemed to light up from underneath at night.  Very eerie and cool.
