Cape Dory 28 vs 30?

Question

Apart from the obvious length disparity, what are the major (or minor) pros and cons of the 28 ft vs. 30 ft Cape Dory sailboat? We're looking to buy one or the other, and can't determine if there's more than extra space that would warrant the extra cost.

I've sailed the 28 many times.  In sailing terms, it's fast and nimble, but a little wet.  I'm on the Chesapeake Bay and I've always thought it was a little small.  From what I've seen of the 30 it is fast and less wet.  It is roomier inside, no question.  So, everything else being equal  I'd go for the 30.
