Capital One Bank - Customer Disservice?

Capital One Bank is the ONLY bank in this economy that inconveniences customers, and then is totally unaccountable, and indifferent.

"A branch on every corner", although they're unable to process transactions in real time. The branch that I go to, always has it's "system down", therefore making it unable to process transactions; while you're actually in the bank. They have also implemented unreasonable checks holds, (forgetting that the working class are customers as well as the wealthy).

Capital One needs to upgrade their software, hire an new IT crew; and re-train their administrative staff; or they too may follow Indybank's lead.

Happens to me too. Im thinking of switching to another bank. Tired of the nonsense.
