Capital city of germany?

Question

few years ago, my friends told me that the capital city of Germany is change from Berlin to Munich. I trust them.

Now, when i discussed it with my other friend, they laughed at me. They said the capital city of germany is berlin. Is it change again?? since i check the wikipedia and i found out that it's true. the capital city of germany is berlin.

But..did germany ever have munich as the capital city? when?

Munich never was the capital of Germany.

Munich is the capital (and has always been) the capital of Bavaria - Bavaria (Bayern) is a state in Germany.

The capital of Germany is Berlin.

Between 1949 - 1990 Bonn used to be West Germany's capital.

Munich never was the capital of Germany.

It did change from Bonn to Berlin though.

The capital of West Germany was Boon, when the 2 Germanys reunited the capital was changed to Berlin.
