Capital letter in password?

Question

When I try to log onto Yahoo mobile on my motorola razr, I can't because it won't allow me to enter my password with a small letter! My password starts with a small letter. The yahoo mobile site does not allow me to be able to change to small letters until after the first letter. Yahoo mobile used to work before fine, until the beta thing. They can't seem to get it right. How can I let them know.

My sister has a motorola razr and you can add small letters

Menu on the <left> hand side of the phone and change the text style  they can be changed to small letters

msg me if you dont understand but it should work if I remember correctly EVERY PHONE WILL ALLOW SMALL AND CAPS  

I almost asked how to add a dash  (-)  for Sandisk Sansa Connect  ---  uh boy  LOL  but i got it
