Depending on the circumstances Yes. If they cause death, rape ,torture with intent ! I have no compassion for cold blooded killers.

Well there are plenty of teens who commit crimes that deserve capital punishment. So, if they are found guilty of certain crimes, yes then capital punishment is preferable to spending a fortune keeping them in prison for the rest of their lives...

I agree wholeheartedly with the position of the US Supreme Court in its 2005 decision in Roper v Simmons that the death penalty for those who were under the age of 18 at the time of the commission of a crime is unconstitutional. There is more and more evidence coming about that the human brain does not finish maturing until around the age of 25. The LAST area to mature is the frontal lobe, where complex processing and decision-making occurs. IT is also this lobe that processes the ability to foresee the consequences of actions. This evidence, along with a whole bunch of evidence about the biased administration of the death penalty in general leads me to support the SCOTUS ban.

Are you sure you mean capital and not corporal? Capital is death, corporal is physical punishment which inflicts pain.

Try to correct them till they can be corrected no more (or at least till they turn 18).

I don't know. I guess it would depend on the teen and the situation. Since parents are continually letting their teens get away with everything (and I am the parent of a teen) these teens have no personal responsibility for their actions. So if some punk rapes and murders someone then I say fry them, and while we're at it publicly flog the parents.
