Capital radio fm, does anyone listen to it?

They have had a competition going for some weeks the london i test? someone won it last week, the last answer was tiger woods, but have heard since the radio station wont pay up, but i dont know why, the radio hasn't mentioned anything about it, can anyone enlighten me?

Probably just rumor. Radio stations, no matter where they are located, have stringent rules with regard to awarding contest prizes. Perhaps the winner wasn't of age, not live in the city etc.

ALWAYS read the rules befoe entering a contest.
