Capoley Ash determined to win Marathon at Sheffield
Capoley Ash will convincingly make a sterling success happen when he runs in the Let’s Make Things Happen Marathon at Sheffield racecourse on Tuesday night, April 10.
For the high-stakes Open Race over 915m distance, the B. Draper-trained brindle dog is carrying the highest odds in compare with his five competitors including Maudabawn Jenny, Powerfast Pigeon, Nice N Furry, Stepaside Glenis and Killishin Velvet.
Containing £500 of prize money, the event will commence at 21:10 (GMT). Capoley Ash looks to be fully prepared to make a big impact in the race.
The three-year-old dashing dog’s career chart is adorned with classic feats. Since making his debut in October 2010, he has been winning with regular intervals.
After registering a couple of consecutive victories in November 2011, the maverick sprinter went on to win two races in a row again during February 2012. The brilliant hound earned two back-to-back runner-up ranks in the month of March.
Capoley Ash elegantly notched up top spot in his last outing on April 3. Thus, the son of Kinlock Brae out of Blissful Return is carrying a lot of winning momentum which will help him thrive in tonight’s mega marathon.
The hot favourite hound’s chances to finish first are as high as 90 percent provided he runs to his utmost and capitalise well on his capabilities.
Among the other runners, Powerfast Pigeon and Nice N Furry are likely to perform well in the race.
Powerfast Pigeon accomplished two back-to-back triumphs during January 2012. The B. O'Sullivan-trained black b***h moved forward to gain a conquest along with a runner-up position each in the months of February and March.
On the other hand, Nice N Furry gained two victories and two runner-up positions in a row during March 2012. Overall, the P. Young-trained brindle b***h owns a classic track record.
Come what may, success seems to be bending on Capoley Ash. However, he will have to cope with some tough challenges during the race. Good luck to the favourite fighter.
