Capoley Ash likely to finish first in Coral Regency (1st Semi-Final)
Capoley Ash is expected to exhibit a winning performance at Hove racecourse in a bid to claim the ace title of The Coral Regency – 1st Semi-Final that will be held tonight, June 7. The Open Race contest over the distance of 695 metres is set to
start at 20:18 (GMT).
Pursuing the prize cheque worth £200, the P. Sallis-trained brindle dog will run against five worthy competitors such as Fabulous Shanty, Blonde Fletch, Ballyard Buddy, Confident Nestor and Bubbly Capel.
Capoley Ash has achieved a number of glorious feats since the dawn of 2012. After bagging a couple of consecutive triumphs in February, the three-year-old veteran hound gained two back-to-back runner-up ranks during March.
The dashing dog marvellously accomplished a fabulous hat-trick in the month of April. He went on to clinch top spot in his last outing on May 31.
As a whole, the talented son of Kinlock Brae out of Blissful Return has been a consistent performer since the very beginning of his career. At the moment, he is carrying immense winning momentum that will lend a great hand to him in tonight’s marathon.
If Capoley Ash manages to sustain his stamina, he will have up to 96 percent chances to thrive tonight.
However, Confident Nestor can wrest success from the jaws of Capoley Ash. The N. Carr-trained black dog elegantly grabbed an epic triumph in March 2012.
The four-year-old experienced sprinter marvellously won four races in a row from April 28 to May 20. He finished 3rd in his last start on May 31.
The son of Never Give Up out of Confident Aoife will have a fierce battle with Capoley Ash for the Semi-Final title.
Among the other hounds, Bubbly Capel will too perform well in the race. The A. Gifkins-trained black b***h nicely grabbed two magnificence victories in April 2012. The brilliant b***h moved on to claim a splendid hat-trick in May.
