Cappaneale Blue expected to prevail in BAGS/SIS 500 - Heat 2
Cappaneale Blue is likely to prevail in the BAGS/SIS 500 - Heat 2 at Nottingham in England on Monday, March 26, 2012. The race distance to cover will be 500 metres and the winning hound will be awarded with a cash prize of £150.
The flat race is scheduled to start at 19:01 GMT and six quality runners will be seen in action. Following are their names: Cappaneale Blue, Drumscraw Blue, Dromana Susie, Focus Again, Kaukola Ridge and Tanhill Rose.
The bookmakers have given the best odds to Cappaneale Blue because she has a very good stamina, which will be crucial in today’s race, as the distance to cover is 500 metres.
M. Cooper’s trained b***h has been doing well in recent times, thus the punters will be looking forward to place quite a few bets in her favour. She is well aware of the conditions at Nottingham and will definitely be the one to watch out for.
However, Cappaneale Blue’s most recent outing did not prove to be a good one, as she finished fourth. This was still a decent result, as there were some other quality runners in that event.
The blue b***h still has some momentum with her, as she finished on top of the table in her second last race. She is the daughter of Killahan Phanter out of Cherryhill Biddy and was born in April 2010.
The bookmakers have also given pretty decent odds to Drumscraw Blue, who has been doing a decent job over the past few months. She has earned two victories in her past five races, thus the bettors will be risking some money over her.
P. White’s trainee finished fifth in her most recent outing though, which suggests that she lacks rhythm. However, she can be quite unpredictable, as she is a quality runner.
The seasoned b***h is the daughter of Boherduff Light out of Blue Amarillo and was born in October 2007.
Other than the top two favourites, Dromana Susie will also be fighting for race victory, as she has been in good form recently. She is known for her good starts, but that does not make a big difference in a longer distance race.
L. Cook’s trainee is the daughter of Black Shaw out of Dromana Elegant and was born in March 2009.
There is also a chance for the other three hounds, as they are quite capable of surprising one and all. However, they will have to produce something special in order to win today.
