Question:

Cappuccino; How can I stop it going all lumpy when I drink it? There's always bumpy bits.?

  1. Lumps?   Are you using some sort of mix?  Powdered coffee or creamer? .....If so, add a bit of very hot water to whatever the mix is, and whisk it with a wire whisk;  keep whisking as you gradually add the rest of the liquid to it ..........There shouldn't be any lumps in brewed espresso w/steamed milk, unless that milk was very old, and curdled

  3. Start off with a small amount of the mix in the bottom of the cup. Mix it up and then add the rest of the hot water to the mix. Sprinkle some grated chocolate on top for a great taste.
