Captain America WWII Costume Help - What type of coat is this and what are the goggle thing called?

I'm planing on making a costume of the version of Captain America from the image below. There are only 2 problems i'm having.

1) What type of coat is he wearing?

2) What are the goggle mask thing he wears called?

Any help would be very great full

You need to find a military surplus store in your area , or check ebay and other sites like it.  Also flea markets are a great place to shop for old military goods.   That mask ,that's just drawn on him  , I've never seen or heard of anything like that being real.  The coat is a type of pea coat.
