Captain Charisma dreams of World Heavyweight Champion again
The former World Heavyweight Champion, Christian, 'The Captain Charisma' is dreaming for retaining his championship again. He not only beat Mark Henry tonight during Friday Night SmackDown, but acted as special guest referee also in a World title match of
Sheamus and the champion, Randy Orton.
The Friday Night SmackDown for June 3, was conducted at Des Moines, Lowa. The show started with a fight between Mark Henry and Christian. Henry could not maintain his momentum against Christian and lost the match after
having Christian’s finishing hit Killswitch. After the victory, Christian took the microphone and spoke that he had just beaten the World’s Strongest Man. Christian said that even it was a huge victory, but it was not the victory for which he deserved tonight.
Christian stated that he should be in should have fought Orton rather than Sheamus.
Christian showed the last Friday’s video of his Triple-Threat-Match, where he had pinned Sheamus after a long time, but could not have three counts due to referee’s distraction. Christian then said that he had beaten Sheamus last week and he had not blamed
referee because he was on other side. Christian demanded another title shot against the World Champion, Orton.
The SmackDown General Manager, Theodore Long, came out on the ramp. Christian demanded that he should be made the Number One contender instead of Sheamus. Christian also said that The WWE Universe should decide about the Number One contender. The WWE Universe
also voted for Christian to be number one contender. Teddy said that Sheamus would be still Number One contender. Teddy announced that Sheamus would have his title shot tonight and Christian would be the special guest referee.
In the last match between Sheamus and Orton, Christian was the referee. During the match, Christian gave favour to Orton. Even, Christian made an excuse of a wrist pain, while Sheamus wanted to pin for three counts. Christian’s distraction caused Sheamus
to lose his title shot and The Viper won after hitting RKO. After the match, Christian took the title belt and hit on the face of Orton instead of giving it. Christian held the belt and stood on the ramp holding title over his hand. It seemed that Christian
may have the title shot at WWE pay-per-view Capitol Punishment.
